4.Waste tank valve

Location: Cabin Layout
Description: Located in the floor panel after the central starboard stairs. All valve handles are on the open position when parallel to the pipe and closed when vertical.

WARNING: All waste tank valves must remain open at all times with the exception of ports and closed bays. Keeping the waste valves closed for extended toilet usage times may cause waste tank overflow and/or tank explosion.

5.Waste tank valve

Location: Cabin Layout
Description: Located under the floor panel in the central aft port cabin. All valve handles are on the open position when parallel to the pipe and closed when vertical.

WARNING: All waste tank valves must remain open at all times with the exception of ports and closed bays. Keeping the waste valves closed for extended toilet usage times may cause waste tank overflow and/or tank explosion.

WARNING: This system should only be tampered with by a professional or by the skipper under the instructions of the base.
Risk of electrical shock and/or death.

9.VHF current control

Location: Deck Layout
Description: Located under the chart table. Check the fuses on this system if you are getting an alarm from the VHF.

10.Main panel

Location: Deck Layout
Description: Located on the chart table.
Used to open and close the 12V current on the respective systems. The right hand side switches are 3-way, the right position operates the respective bilge pumps manually, the central position is the off position and the left position is the automatic floater position which allows the bilge pumps to operate automatically when the water level in the bilge is high enough.

11.Tank & Power display

Location: Deck Layout
Description: Located on the chart table.
The display operates on a touch screen and displays fresh water & waste tank levels and battery voltage levels.

WARNING: Waste tank levels should always be checked by taking into account the position of the respective waste valves. If the waste valve is open and the display indicates that the corresponding tank is filling up/full, it should be assumed that there is a blockage in the tank.

The right hand side bimini lights control operates the led lights and the spot lights situated on the bimini.
The bottom display indicates the presence of 220V current and consumption.

WARNING: If this display is off the boat does not have 220V running through the system. The consumption display indicates 220V consumption.

The central panel buttons are the main power controls of the A/C, water heater and water maker. The A/C & water maker share the same button. These are all operated through 220V. When in the on position they are backlit with a red light. If there is no light when in the on position, there is no 220V current, meaning the system is not working.

WARNING: Always close each A/C unit separately before closing the main switch. Leaving any A/C units operating after closing this switch may damage the A/C units.

12.Generator panel

Location: Deck Layout
Description: Located on the chart table.
The left control panel controls the generator. The generator starts by keeping the button pressed on its top position and closes by keeping the button pressed on its bottom position.

WARNING: When starting the generator, never stop pressing the button until you hear the generator start, the orange flashing light stops and there is a steady green light. Failure to do so may result in damaging the generator.

The right control panel is the inverter control. The switch is a 3-way switch, the right position is the on position, the middle position is the off position and the left position is the charger only position.

WARNING: For safety reasons the switch should always be in the charger only position, meaning that the inverter only operates when the boat is charging its batteries. If the switch is placed in the on position the battery levels should be checked at regular intervals since leaving it in this position may drain the batteries.

13.Bilge pump fuses

Location: Deck Layout
Description: Located in the hanging locker starboard fore passageway.

14.Fuse box 12V

Location: Deck Layout
Description: Located under the chart table.

15.Watermaker control panel

Location: Deck Layout

WARNING: Never operate the water maker in ports or where the water is dirty. Doing so may damage the water maker filters and may fill the water tanks with unsafe water.

16.Windlass thermal fuse

Location: Deck Layout
Description: Located under the chart table.
If the anchor windlass stops responding to the controller commands check this fuse. If the fuse is off, put it back in the on position and wait 5 minutes for the anchor windlass motor to cool down.

WARNING: Operating the anchor windlass immediately after putting the fuse back in the on position may destroy the anchor windlass motor.

17.A/C & 220V AC interior fuses

Location: Deck Layout
Description: Located in the port engine room.
The left fuse box controls the A/C units. If the boat has 220V and an A/C unit is not getting powered then check this box for the corresponding fuse.

The right fuse box controls the 220V current on specialized circuits and the cabin sockets.

18.220V thermal fuses

Location: Cabin Layout
Description: Located under the stairs of the port aft cabin.

WARNING: This system should only be tampered with by a professional or by the skipper under the instructions of the base.
